我们有两家工厂配备了灵活加工系统,使得 Greenlea 能够供应满足每位客户独特要求的高标准全系列冰鲜和冷冻牛肉片。

优质肉片采用小公牛肉,根据冷却曲线加工制作,从而改善牛肉嫩度并且在派送前已在冷冻机中排酸。 我们的冰鲜肉片的外观极其重要,因此在包装过程中我们非常关注细节,以确保产品质量始终如一。

    成年牛血

    The liquid fraction of unclotted blood derived from healthy, slaughtered cattle 12 months of age or older deemed fit for human consumption by ante and post mortem inspection. After collection, an anticoagulant is added to the fresh whole blood and the mixture is passed through a centrifuge until the red and white blood cells are separated. Plasma stored frozen for further use or processing.
